ICT 4 Africa ...

Social commitment has several facets. Silently and without advertising by the club has Andrä foyer and our two parishes of St. Andrae & Karlau in Nyamasheke, Rwanda set up as part of an NGO project, the first computer training room.

ICT4Africa Together with various partners (companies, universities, private individuals), a total of 23 computers collected, prepared and sent to Rwanda. At this point we want a big thank you to

ICT-Training This was followed with the Diocese of Cyangugu in Rwanda together organized the first training session for teachers and parish secretaries - Topic: Communication and Documentation in support of cooperation with partners in the country and in Europe.

We would now ask us to search for other computers - help - this time for a second pilot project in Nigeria. Needed to be

  • PC (not older than 4 years> = Pentium IV)
  • Laptops,
  • small flat panel displays
  • Accessories (keyboard, mouse, speakers, microphones, scanners ...)
